Job Description:
James Jensen Construction is looking for a dependable Laborer to join our growing team. This position involves assisting with a variety of tasks on residential construction and remodeling projects, including loading and unloading materials, site cleanup, moving supplies, and supporting skilled tradesmen as needed. We are willing to train the right candidate, so little to no experience is welcome. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Assist with general labor tasks on job sites Load, unload, and move materials and equipment Maintain a clean and organized work area Use basic hand tools safely Follow directions from supervisors and crew leaders Support construction and remodeling projects as needed
Requirements:
Ability to lift 50+ pounds Reliable transportation Dependable and punctual Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Construction experience is a plus but not required
Schedule:
Full-time Monday-Friday Overtime opportunities may be available
