- Assist in loading and unloading construction materials
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Dig trenches, pour concrete, or set up equipment as directed
- Follow instructions from supervisors to perform manual labor tasks ## Qualifications
- Prior experience in construction or a related field is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
