In this role, you will be an essential part of bringing building projects to life, supporting various phases of construction from groundwork to finishing touches. Your hands-on expertise, safety awareness, and teamwork will drive project success and ensure high-quality results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple construction disciplines while contributing to impactful projects. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing, grading, and setting up safety barriers Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project tasks Perform tasks such as framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing Support plumbing and electrical installations by following detailed schematics and instructions Conduct inspections to ensure work meets safety standards and project specifications Assist with fabrication, carpentry, trim carpentry, stucco application, caulking, and plastering as needed Install doors, windows, cabinets, flooring, tiles, glass panels, and perform roofing work Support demolition or restoration projects by removing old materials and preparing surfaces for new work Operate equipment for concrete forming, masonry work, heavy lifting, or landscaping (hardscape) tasks Maintain a clean and organized work site while adhering to safety protocols at all times Experience Prior experience working on construction sites with a strong understanding of general construction practices Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics for various trades including electrical and plumbing Hands-on experience with construction management or estimating is a plus but not required Knowledge of construction inspection procedures to ensure quality control Proficiency in operating power tools and heavy equipment safely Experience in multiple trades such as carpentry (frame carpentry, door hanging), masonry, roofing, or welding is highly desirable Ability to follow detailed instructions and work collaboratively within a team environment Spanish speaking is preferred Join us if you're eager to build your career in construction!
