Construction/Erosion Control Crew Leader

Horizon Land Management Company is a rapidly growing erosion control company working with some of the largest builders in Central Florida. Responsibilities This position will include managing an Erosion Control crew in our Orlando division location with multiple job duties essential to daily operations in the erosion control division for HLM. The crew leader is responsible for transporting all equipment and material to site and ensuring that the installation of silt fence, inlet protection, and other erosion control services are installed correctly. Crew leaders will be responsible for utilizing HLM's billing software to report all service items that were completed onsite. Crew leaders will also be responsible for communicating to clients on-site to ensure proper satisfaction. This job will require an individual who enjoys working outdoors. HLM offers competitive pay with the ability for quick advancement based on reliability and strong work ethic. Pay based on performance and experience. Hourly and salary positions available.

Pay range:

$800-850 a week plus quarterly performance bonuses. Basic qualifications 18 years or older Must have a valid Driver's License
