Overview:

Bright Now! Dental in Winter Garden is seeking an experienced and professional Treatment Coordinator (TCC) to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with strong dental knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping patients understand and move forward with their dental care. The ideal candidate is organized, patient-focused, and experienced in treatment coordination, insurance verification, and scheduling in a fast-paced dental environment. Schedule (days/hours): Monday through Friday 8am-5pm x1 Sat per month

Responsibilities:

Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients Verify insurance benefits and provide accurate treatment estimates Explain treatment recommendations and patient financial responsibilities Schedule treatment appropriately based on dental procedure sequencing Maintain productive scheduling and patient retention Coordinate with doctors and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care Answer patient questions with professionalism and compassion Maintain accurate patient records and documentation Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the patient experience

Qualifications:

Dental experience

REQUIRED

Strong knowledge of: Dental terminology Insurance verification Treatment plan estimates Scheduling sequence for dental procedures Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Ability to work efficiently in a busy office environment
