General Labor Technician

Duties Assist in demolition, preparation, and cleanup of renovation sites to ensure safety and efficiency Operate hand tools and power tools such as drills, saws, grinders, and sanders to perform carpentry, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing tasks Support framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and other structural work using blueprints and schematics Conduct surface preparation including plastering, stucco application, caulking, and painting to achieve smooth finishes Install fixtures such as lighting, plumbing components, glass panels, and hardware following detailed plans and schematics Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, and heavy equipment operation as needed for site development Assist with restoration projects involving masonry repair, roofing repairs, hardscape installation, tile laying, and flooring installation Qualifications Prior construction site experience with familiarity in blueprint reading and schematic interpretation Proficiency with hand tools and power tools essential for various renovation tasks Knowledge of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus Experience in plumbing, electrical work, welding or masonry highly desirable Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude towards safety protocols and quality standards Physical stamina to perform manual labor in diverse weather conditions for extended periods Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to transforming spaces with precision and passion!
