Responsibilities Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials Operate basic tools and equipment such as hammers, saws, drills, and forklifts safely and efficiently Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and on schedule Support the installation of structural elements like framing, drywall, flooring, and roofing components Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and productivity Conduct routine inspections to identify safety hazards or equipment malfunctions and report them promptly Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while adhering to safety standards and building codes Skills Proven ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions with stamina and strength Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety procedures at all times Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic knowledge of construction tools, materials, and techniques is preferred but not required—training will be provided Ability to read simple blueprints or diagrams is a plus but not mandatory Willingness to learn new skills and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in construction.
