Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborers to join our team. As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by performing a variety of tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency and safety of the job site. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality. Duties Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment as needed for construction activities. Operate basic hand tools and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and temporary structures. Perform general maintenance tasks such as sanding, mixing or carrying materials. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to minimize risks on the job site. Requirements Previous experience in construction or labor-intensive roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team members. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
