Construction Site Laborer - Silt Fence Installation (Full-Time)

Job Description:

We are hiring full-time Construction Site Laborers to assist with the installation of silt fencing on active job sites. This role involves working outdoors in various conditions, including muddy, wet, and uneven terrain, as well as exposure to heat and changing weather.

Responsibilities:

Install and maintain silt fencing and erosion control barriers on construction sites Dig trenches and secure fencing materials into place Carry and handle tools and light materials throughout job sites Work safely in muddy, wet, and uneven ground conditions Follow site supervisor instructions and safety guidelines at all times Assist with general labor tasks as needed

Requirements:

Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods Willingness to work outdoors in heat, mud, and wet conditions Reliable transportation and punctuality Ability to start immediately (tomorrow) Strong work ethic and ability to follow directions
