Crew Leader, Landscape Construction

About Us E&T Outdoor Pros is a fast-growing outdoor construction company specializing in high-quality hardscape and landscape installations. We build retaining walls, paver patios, outdoor living spaces, drainage systems, fencing, irrigation systems, masonry structures, and concrete projects. We are looking for a motivated and skilled Project Manager / Crew Lead who is ready to grow with our company and help lead projects from start to finish. This is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a company that is expanding and creating leadership roles. Responsibilities Lead and manage a crew on outdoor construction projects Read and understand project plans, layouts, and elevations Ensure projects are completed on time and to high quality standards Train and develop crew members Communicate daily progress with ownership and clients Order or manage materials as needed Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, saws, compactors, etc. Ensure job site safety and organization Solve problems and make field decisions when needed Qualifications Experience in hardscaping, landscaping, fencing, drainage, irrigation, masonry, or concrete Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred Ability to read tape measures, levels, and layouts accurately Strong work ethic and professional attitude Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Equipment operation experience is a major plus Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Leadership growth opportunities Year-round work Positive team environment Opportunity to build a future with a growing company Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone ambitious, dependable, and hungry to grow.
