• Job Description:

• As a Landscape Construction Technician, you will play a crucial role in our landscaping projects. You will work closely with our landscape designers and clients to bring their visions to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for landscaping, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Transport heavy equipment and personnel to and from jobsite.
• Perform landscape installations, including planting trees, shrubs, and flowers; laying sod; installing hardscapes (patios, walkways, retaining walls).
• Operate landscaping equipment, such as skid steers, shovels, wheel barrows, chaim saws and trucks, safely and efficiently.
• Follow landscape design plans and specifications to ensure quality installations.
• Conduct site preparation and grading to prepare for installations.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to client satisfaction.
• Provide ongoing maintenance and care for installed landscapes, including watering, weeding, and mulching.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.

• Qualifications:

• Drivers license is required
• Must be able to transport heavy equipment and personnel to and from jobsite.
• Relevant landscaping certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience in landscape installation or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of plants, soil types, and landscaping practices.
• Experience operating landscaping machinery and tools safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
