Job Overview:

As a Construction Laborer at Sundial Pools, you will play a crucial role in supporting the construction team by assisting with various tasks on job sites. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the construction of both gunite and fiberglass pools Perform site preparation tasks, including excavation and grading Mix and pour concrete for pool decks and other structures Assist with the installation of pool liners, tiles, and coping Help with the placement and securing of pool equipment Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring proper disposal of debris Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment Operate small machinery and power tools as directed Assist skilled tradespeople (plumbers, electricians) as needed Report any safety concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor Perform basic measurements and assist with layout tasks

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in construction or manual labor preferred Basic understanding of construction processes and tools Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Strong work ethic and reliability Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in various weather conditions Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation OSHA 10-hour Construction Safety certification preferred Swimming pool construction experience a plus Willingness to learn and grow within the company Skid Steer/Excavator Experience Necessary Join our team as a Construction Laborer and be part of a dynamic pool construction company that values teamwork and excellence.
