Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Construction Laborer and be a vital part of transforming blueprints into reality! As a Construction Laborer, you'll contribute to building safe, durable structures while gaining valuable experience in the construction industry. Duties Assist with the setup and preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and organizing tools Operate hand tools and power tools to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, and assembling materials Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to workplace safety regulations Interpret construction plans and blueprints to ensure accurate execution of tasks like framing, tile laying,drywall, and flooring installation Maintain a clean work environment by clearing debris, organizing materials, and ensuring safety protocol adherence at all times Requirements Proven construction experience with knowledge of various trades such as carpentry, masonry, drywall, tile, flooring and restoration work Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and construction plans accurately Familiarity with construction estimating processes and blueprint specification interpretation is a plus Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, tape measure and saws for cutting Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and safety protocol adherence is essential Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work on-site for extended periods in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with excellent communication abilities to collaborate effectively with supervisors and tradespeople Join us in building exceptional structures while advancing your career in a fast-paced environment that values safety, craftsmanship, and growth!
