Construction Worker

Overview Are you somebody that finds satisfaction in completion and carries integrity in your work? We are looking to expand our Commercial Construction group , and we need people like you to join our team. Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials. Perform manual labor such as demo, lifting, carrying, and moving supplies to support ongoing construction activities. Operate advanced tools and equipment including saws and scissor lifts. Assist lead carpenters, painters, and tile installers to complete jobs. Maintain cleanliness of the site by disposing of waste properly and organizing tools and materials for efficiency. Requirements Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for long periods, and working in various weather conditions. Respect for superintendents and job leads. Strong work ethic with a focus on safety, teamwork, and STRONG attention to detail Understanding of carpentry, tile installation, and drywall. 2+ years experience in the trades is required. Average of 6 months on the road in various states through the continental US. Travel truck, stay, and PER DM provided. Must be willing to work extended hours with no limit on overtime. Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and to communicate with clients and Project Managers. Certification in OSHA safety standards or willingness to obtain training upon hire is preferred Reliable transportation to reach different job sites as needed Embark on a career journey at a small company where your opinion matters with no limit on growth within.
