Fence Installation Laborer (107459) We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Fence Installation Laborer to assist with our client's residential and commercial fence installations. This is a physically active position that offers the opportunity to learn a skilled trade while working alongside experienced installers. Hours Full-time, Monday - Friday 7:00am-3:30pm Location Kailua-Kona, Big Island Pay $25 an hour Responsibilities Assist fence installers with residential and commercial fence installations. Load, unload, carry, and organize materials on job sites, including concrete bags, lumber, chain link fencing, and other supplies. Dig post holes using hand tools and power equipment. Mix and pour concrete to securely set fence posts. Operate a jackhammer and other construction equipment as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site. Follow all safety procedures and work efficiently as part of a team. Perform other general labor duties to support daily operations. Qualifications Previous construction, fencing, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred. Ability to safely lift and carry up to 75 pounds on a regular basis. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to operate or learn to operate a jackhammer and other job site equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality. Ability to follow directions and work well with a team. Reliable transportation to get to work.
