Hayre McElroy & Associates a GEI company provides special inspection, material testing, engineering (Civil, Geotechnical), MEP code compliance, TESC, contractor quality control management and construction management services to a diverse client base within the public, private, state, and federal sectors. Our projects vary from small-scale municipal and private development projects, to large military and multi-billion-dollar transit projects. Our award-winning projects can be found throughout the Pacific Northwest, Texas, and the Hawaiian Islands. HMA is seeking an Entry- Level Laboratory Technician to support our Senior- Level Laboratory Technicians with daily laboratory operations. Compensation is competitive and will be based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. These positions are for immediate hire. High school diploma, GED, or higher level of education required. Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Ability to safely lift and carry material samples weighing up to 50 pounds. Commitment to following all company safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Ability to obtain and maintain any required security clearances for State and Federal projects. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new laboratory procedures, techniques, and responsibilities.
