Minimum 3 years underground utility experience. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. This role requires physical stamina and a commitment to quality work while collaborating with skilled tradespeople on-site. Duties Install water, storm, and sanitary piping Assist in the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris and setting up materials. Carry out general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and moving materials as needed. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on-site to ensure personal and team safety. Skills Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods. Basic knowledge of construction processes and tools is preferred but not required. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team. Good communication skills for effective collaboration with team members. Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and techniques in the construction field.
