General Laborer - Landscape & Grading

Job Summary We are seeking a reliable, hardworking General Laborer to join our team. This position involves hands-on outdoor work supporting a variety of earthwork and landscaping projects. If you enjoy working outside, staying active, and being part of a tight-knit crew, this could be a great fit. Responsibilities Assist with grading, site prep, and landscaping projects Operate basic hand tools and power equipment Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Perform tasks such as raking, shoveling, trenching, lifting, site cleanup, etc. Support equipment operators and crew leaders as needed Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment Work efficiently as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Requirements At least 18 years of age Hold a valid drivers license Must be authorized to work within the United States A reliable method of transportation to and from work The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening The ability to routinely lift/move 30-100 lbs, walk, stand, crouch, bend over, stoop, etc. Our Benefits 6 paid company holidays Overtime pay 401(k) plan with company match Insurance resources available Provided work clothing & work boot allowance Opportunity for growth About The Grading Co.
