Role:

Done Right Clean Up is growing fast, and we're looking for dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team. This is a hands-on position for people who take pride in doing quality work, show up on time, and are ready to get the job done right. If you're not afraid to get dirty, take direction well, and can handle physical work day in and day out — this could be the perfect fit.

What You'll Do:

Assist with general construction and site clean-up projects Load, unload, and organize materials, tools, and debris Perform demolition, debris removal, and surface prep as needed Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work efficiently both independently and alongside crew members Follow supervisor and lead direction to complete tasks correctly and on time

What We're Looking For:

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Dependable and punctual - must show up ready to work every day Comfortable with physical labor and lifting 50+ lbs Able to stand, bend, and move throughout the workday Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed Reliable transportation to and from job sites Prior construction or clean-up experience is helpful but not required
