Project-Based What You'll Do:

Assist with daily construction tasks on commercial and industrial job sites Support crews with concrete restoration, masonry, caulking, coatings, and general labor duties Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Load/unload materials and maintain clean, organized job sites Follow all safety policies and procedures Work collaboratively to meet project timelines and quality expectations

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of construction labor experience required Experience in specialty trades (concrete, masonry, coatings, etc.) preferred Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift 50+ lbs Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites Strong attendance, work ethic, and attention to detail Safety-focused mindset
