We're looking for a dependable General Laborer to join our team and support insulation installation on mechanical systems throughout the Ames and Des Moines metro area. What You'll Do As a General Laborer, you'll play a key role in supporting insulation projects that improve energy efficiency and system performance.

Your day-to-day work will include:

Installing insulation on pipes, ducts, and mechanical systems Cleaning and preparing surfaces to ensure proper insulation application Measuring, cutting, and fitting insulation materials to precise specifications Assisting experienced insulators with material handling and tool setup Maintaining tools and keeping the job site clean and organized Following all safety procedures and wearing required PPE at all times

What We're Looking For Required:

Experience in construction or general labor Valid driver's license Ability to work safely in an active construction environment Preferred (but not required): Experience with insulation or mechanical systems Willingness to learn a skilled trade and grow within the company Why Work With Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
