Commercial Primary Responsibilities:

Performs entry-level HVAC and/or Plumbing tasks at job sites and assists the Field Foreman/Superintendent as needed Perform general housekeeping duties as instructed Basic blueprint reading Operate personnel lift Tape measuring and basic use of hand tools Assist in layout and installation of either Sheet Metal or Piping Qualifications Must be able to provide own transportation to work and be reliable Listen intently and follow directions given by licensed Journeyperson Safety oriented Mechanically inclined and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and up to 25 lbs. frequently Ability to work with other trades on job sites and adapt quickly to changes All employees must wear safety shoes, and other provided safety equipment at the job site as required Cunningham, Inc. also believes strongly in the merit shop philosophy.
