Laborer

Fye Excavating, Inc. is a well-established, family-owned construction company with over 30 years of experience. We are currently seeking hardworking and dependable Laborers with prior construction experience to join our team. This role is essential to maintaining clean, safe, and efficient job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and clean construction areas Load and unload tools, equipment, and supplies Dig trenches and grade surfaces Work collaboratively with crew members to complete tasks efficiently Follow safety protocols and company procedures Work is primarily outdoors and may involve exposure to all types of weather conditions.

Job Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in construction or general labor Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks Familiarity with hand and power tools Willingness to work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from job sites Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions Commitment to safety and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Availability for early morning shifts and occasional overtime Valid driver's license preferred Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Pay based on experience.
