We are dedicated to providing reliable, high-quality construction solutions that support community growth and infrastructure development. Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Job Contract Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a Compressor Station construction project, contributing to vital infrastructure improvements. The ideal candidate will be energetic, safety-conscious, and eager to develop their skills across various construction disciplines. Duties Assist with the installation of building materials, including painting, and gas lines. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to support project tasks. Perform general site cleanup and prepare work areas for ongoing construction activities. Follow safety protocols diligently while working outdoors. Experience Prior construction experience or hands-on work in building sites preferred but not mandatory. Experience in painting is preferred Experience in welding preferred Familiarity with construction management processes and estimating is a plus. Experience reading blueprints and interpreting technical drawings essential for precise task execution. Knowledge of various construction trades such as carpentry, masonry, roofing, welding, and tile laying enhances your fit for this role. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and basic heavy equipment safely. Strong understanding of safety protocols on active construction sites; adherence is mandatory. Outdoor work experience across different weather conditions is highly valued. This Job is expected to end in September 2026.
