Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including framing, drywall, flooring, tile Operate hand tools and power tools safely to perform tasks such as cutting, drilling, sanding, and assembling. Support carpentry tasks like trim carpentry, door hanging, window installation, and cabinet installation. Conduct site cleanup and organize materials to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Follow detailed construction plans Ensure compliance with safety standards by following all safety protocols during outdoor work and indoor projects alike. Skills Proven experience in construction or related manual labor roles with knowledge of building construction processes. Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation Skilled in various building material installation methods such as flooring, tile laying, roofing, caulking, glazing (glass installation), and framing carpentry. Ability to perform outdoor work comfortably across different weather conditions while maintaining safety standards. Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing physically demanding tasks over extended periods.
