In this role, you will be responsible for the installation of fiberglass swimming pools, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Essential Job Functions Assist install crew in various stages of inground pool installation including but not limited to: Excavation, setting pool base, plumbing pool equipment, pool patio prep, cleaning pools during and after installation. Show up to work on time and when required. Exhibit the highest level of customer service when dealing with customers. Communicate concerns and issues effectively with Foreman, Project Managers, and other essential employees to ensure that we provide our customers the highest quality of service. Job site work includes but is not limited to plumbing, shoveling , equipment operation, and pool installation. Keep a neat and organized workspace at all times free of trash and debris, including vehicle and job site. Other Job Duties Operate heavy equipment safely (skid steer, excavator, etc.) Drive company vehicles, and trailers safely and per safety laws. Efficiently and safely use construction tools (laser transit, power tools, etc.) Maintain safekeeping and cleanliness of tools and equipment. Employee Expectations Adhering to the company's policies and supporting management decisions and goals positively and professionally. Representing TNA Pool & Spa with a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times. Demonstrating a willingness to adapt to changing business needs and demands. Possessing a work ethic that includes neatness and punctuality. Exhibiting a professional, business-like appearance and demeanor. Work with other employees as a team in a respectful manner. Physically able to work in tight spaces and lift 50 pounds or more. Handle working in outdoor elements . Willingness to partake in drug testing as requested. Willing to train the right individual
