This is a full‑time, long‑term opportunity to work on major commercial concrete projects while building valuable skills and advancing your construction career. About the Role You'll assist in building commercial concrete structures from the ground up—supporting work on footings, foundations, slabs, and walls . This is a hands‑on role offering on‑the‑job training , skill development, and long‑term stability. What You'll Do Assist with concrete placement and general labor tasks Build and strip concrete forms Tie rebar and move materials around the job site Use hand and power tools safely and efficiently Rotate duties and learn multiple phases of concrete construction What You'll Need 1+ year of construction or outdoor labor experience Own basic hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Pay & Benefits $20-$22/hr , with higher pay for experienced concrete workers Full‑time, long‑term employment Day shift with consistent overtime opportunities Fully onsite work in Spokane Valley Strong growth potential — increases in pay based on performance and tenure Why Work with Aerotek?
