In this role, you will be an essential part of the workforce, assisting with various on-site tasks to ensure smooth project progress and high-quality results. Your energy, attention to detail, and willingness to learn will contribute significantly to our construction projects' success. Duties Assist with general construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, and concrete finishing to support project timelines. Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as caulking, trimming, and masonry work. Support skilled tradespeople by preparing materials, measuring, and reading blueprints or schematics for accurate installation. Participate in construction site inspections and quality control checks to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Perform demolition, restoration, or remodeling activities as directed by supervisors. Maintain a clean and organized work environment by properly storing tools and disposing of debris. Qualifications Prior experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and basic construction techniques such as framing, roofing, or tile laying is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to assist with installation tasks. Knowledge of safety procedures on construction sites including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Basic understanding of construction management principles and estimating processes is a plus. Experience with specific skills such as plumbing, electrical work, stucco application, glass installation, cabinetry, or masonry will be considered an asset. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and communicate effectively on-site.
