What You'll Do Install and repair roofs and siding using a range of materials and techniques Work hands-on with tools and equipment to deliver top-quality craftsmanship Collaborate with a team to complete projects safely and on time Maintain high safety standards and follow job site protocols Occasionally assist with other exterior construction or general labor tasks What We're Looking For Solid experience in roofing, siding, or exterior construction (required)

Preferred:

Knowledge of membrane roofing systems Skilled with power tools, hand tools, and construction equipment Ability to read and follow plans or blueprints Comfortable working at heights and in various outdoor conditions Bonus if you have experience with masonry, remodeling, or tile work Dependable, hard-working, and detail-oriented Why Work With Us?
