General Labor Technician (Seasonal, Potential Year-Round) Champion Pro Services - Malad, ID Champion Pro Services is hiring dependable, hard-working individuals to join our team as General Labor Technicians for the 2026 season, with work expected through October and the opportunity for year-round employment for the right candidate. We provide a wide range of residential and commercial property maintenance services and are looking for team members who take pride in quality work, reliability, and professionalism. What You'll Do As a General Labor Technician, you will assist with a variety of outdoor property services, including: Lawn care and maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging) Landscape maintenance and cleanups (spring/fall) Sprinkler system installation, maintenance, repairs, and blowouts Property maintenance and general labor tasks Snow removal services (for year-round employees) Safe operation of tools, equipment, and work vehicles Work will vary daily based on customer needs and seasonal demands. What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in quality work Valid driver's license with clean driving record Preferred (Not Required) Experience in landscaping, lawn care, or construction Basic mechanical or irrigation knowledge Schedule & Employment Details Seasonal position for the Summer and Early Fall Opportunity for year-round employment based on performance and business needs Full-time hours available (weather and workload dependent) Some overtime may be available during peak seasons Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime paid in accordance with state and federal law Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Potential for bonuses or incentives based on performance Why Work With Us?
