Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team on diverse construction sites. Duties Assist with the setup and cleanup of job sites, including loading and unloading materials. Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks. Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion. Use hand and power tools to perform various tasks Maintain productivity with limited direction while supporting project schedules. Requirements At least two years of previous experience in construction or a related field Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Willingness to learn new skills and take direction from supervisors. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment. Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
