Construction Laborer Job Description As a Construction Laborer on the weekend shift, you will work indoors in a permanent location, utilizing hand and power tools to assist in off-site volumetric construction. Collaborate with a team to maintain a stable production phase and high up-time. Problem-solve and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in construction and framing. Carpentry skills. Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16". Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tooling.
