Job Title:
Construction Laborer Job Description As a Construction Laborer on the weekend shift, you will work indoors in a permanent location, utilizing hand and power tools to assist in off-site volumetric construction. You will collaborate with a close-knit team in a positive, innovation-driven environment. This role involves framing and drywall tasks, as well as some light electrical work in the Utility/Rework department. Responsibilities Assist in off-site volumetric construction using hand and power tools. Perform framing and drywall tasks. Conduct light electrical work in the Utility/Rework department. Collaborate with a team to maintain a stable production phase and high up-time. Problem-solve and take initiative in a dynamic work environment. Essential Skills Proficiency in construction and framing. Carpentry skills. Ability to read a tape measure to a 1/16". Experience with hand, power, and pneumatic tooling. Additional Skills & Qualifications Strong drive to maintain a stable production phase. Good problem-solving skills. Ability to self-start and work independently. Why Work Here? Work Environment This is a highly active position requiring standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, and lifting 50+ pounds regularly. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nampa, ID. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
