Role:

As our General Helper and Runner, you will be the backbone of day-to-day operations. You will assist with a wide variety of tasks across multiple job sites and locations, making sure our crews have what they need to get the job done. No two days are exactly the same, and we need someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver materials, supplies, and equipment to and from job sites, supplier locations, and the office
• Check in on active construction projects to ensure work is progressing on schedule and report status back to management
• Assist crew members on site with general labor tasks as needed
• Coordinate material orders and verify deliveries are correct and complete
• Run errands including trips to suppliers, hardware stores, and other vendors
• Communicate clearly with project managers and field supervisors regarding job site needs
• Help maintain organization and cleanliness on job sites
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and tools

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record (required)
• Reliable personal vehicle or ability to operate a company vehicle
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in outdoor conditions
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions
• Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual
• Basic knowledge of construction or a willingness to learn
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks at once This is a part-time position with flexible hours.
