This role is essential in supporting various projects and tasks across our operations. As a Laborer, you will be involved in a range of physical activities that contribute to the overall success of our projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Powder Coating, Media Blasting, Forklift Operations. Duties Perform general labor tasks including loading and unloading materials Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision Participate in team meetings and communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers Experience Previous experience in a labor-intensive role is preferred but not required Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks Familiarity with construction or manufacturing environments is a plus Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed We encourage candidates who are eager to contribute positively to our team while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.
