Job description: Professional Laborer / Installation Support - Syman Inc. Syman Inc. is seeking qualified candidates to join our field team as a Professional Laborer supporting material installations and jobsite operations. This position is hands-on and requires reliability, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. This location has an apartment that employees can live in rent-free while employed. There is a full kitchen and bathroom. J ob Duties Dig trenches, backfill, and perform general labor tasks Assist with material/BMP installations and site setup Hammer grade stakes and support layout needs Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain tools and equipment; support shop duties as needed Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Communicate professionally with clients and teammates What We're Looking For Team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude Polite, level-headed, and dependable Able to work independently and ask for help when needed Willing to learn new skills and take ownership of quality work Flexible with job duties and hours depending on project demands Requirements Valid driver's license Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to lift/carry 50-80 lbs and perform frequent bending, kneeling, and shoveling Basic communication skills and ability to follow directions and safety requirements Benifits Company-Provided PPE Per diem for travel Federal wage projects available

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour
