Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in the construction field
• Experience reading tape measure and using hand and power tools; basic knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices
• Reliable transportation to move to various job sites

Preferred:

• Valid drivers license
• Experience with advanced finish techniques or specialized trades (e.

g., tiling, custom carpentry) is a plus.

Job Duties:

• Interior Construction:

  Assist with the installation of drywall, framing, and insulation; perform tasks such as cutting, measuring, and assembling materials

• Finish Work:

  Execute tasks including but not limited to painting, trim installation, flooring, cabinetry, and hardware installation

• Site Preparation:

  Prepare work sites by setting up necessary tools and equipment, ensuring a clean and organized workspace

• Material Handling:

  Manage materials including loading, unloading, and moving supplies; ensure proper storage and handling of construction materials. Maneuver up to 50 lbs.

• Safety Compliance:

  Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and your team

• Collaboration:

  Work effectively with other team members, subcontractors, and clients to meet project goals and deadlines

• Quality Assurance:

  Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail to achieve superior results
• Perform demanding tasks, bending, and standing for extended periods of time

• $17.00
• $19.00 an hour, depending on experience
