Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Pallet Manufacturer/Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality wooden pallets and assisting with various manufacturing and labor tasks on the production floor. This position offers an engaging environment where safety, efficiency, and craftsmanship are prioritized. The ideal candidate is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing operation. All positions are paid, and this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop skills in woodworking, construction materials, and industrial assembly. Responsibilities Operate hand tools and power tools for woodworking and pallet assembly with precision and safety awareness Cut, assemble, and finish wooden components according to specified dimensions and construction plans Use woodworking machines to shape, sand, and prepare materials for pallet production Inspect finished pallets for quality standards, ensuring durability and proper load capacity Assist with heavy lifting of raw materials and finished products throughout the manufacturing process Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on the production floor Follow all safety protocols related to power tool operation, material handling, and equipment use Qualifications Prior experience in construction estimating, blueprint reading, or carpentry is highly desirable Familiarity with woodworking tools, machinery, and safety procedures is essential Knowledge of construction plans, technical drawings, or framing techniques is a plus Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts Experience working on construction sites or in industrial manufacturing environments preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately Excellent teamwork skills along with a proactive approach to safety compliance Join us in creating durable, high-quality pallets while honing your skills in woodworking and industrial manufacturing!
