PEMB Crew Supervisor & PEMB Erector (Laborer) A premier commercial construction firm is hiring for two critical roles on our Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) teams. We are looking for dependable, hard-working personnel ready to build high-quality structures safely and efficiently across North Idaho and Eastern Washington . Role 1: PEMB Crew Supervisor (Full-Time) Lead a dedicated field crew and oversee the complete assembly of pre-engineered steel packages from foundation to trim. Key Responsibilities Manage daily on-site safety, field schedules, and crane rigging operations. Read blueprints, structural framing plans, and manufacturer assembly manuals. Direct the unloading, layout, and sequence of steel components. Verify structural alignments, plumbness, and bolt torquing specifications.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years leading PEMB or structural steel erection crews.
Certifications:
OSHA 30, Crane Rigging/Signaling, and Aerial Lift operation.
Leadership:
Strong track record of meeting deadlines without safety incidents.
Compensation & Perks Wages:
Competitive pay based directly on field experience ($30.00 - $45.00+/hr).

Daily provision of all required specialized PPE and fall gear. Role 2: PEMB Erector / Laborer (Full-Time) Work hands-on in the field to bolt, screw, and secure engineered metal building components. Key Responsibilities Connect heavy steel columns, rafters, girts, and purlins at heights. Install metal roof panels, wall insulation, and exterior sheet metal trim. Operate impact wrenches, screw guns, grinders, and rigging hardware safely. Assist with site preparation, material staging, and daily cleanup.
Qualifications Experience:
Minimum 1 year in metal building erection or commercial roofing.
Physical:
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work comfortably on lifts or scaffolding.
Certifications:
OSHA 10 card and fall protection training are highly preferred.
Compensation & Perks Wages:
$18.00 - $30.00 per hour, depending entirely on experience.
