8-hour shift 10-hour shift Day shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Gem State Staffing in Rexburg is hiring a Construction Laborer for a variety of residential and commercial projects in Rexburg, ID. We are looking for hardworking, reliable individuals with hands-on construction experience who want to contribute to high-quality, on-site work. If you're comfortable using tools and reading blueprints, and you're ready to get to work, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Assist with concrete forming , tile installation , framing , stucco application , and hardscape construction Read and follow blueprints, construction drawings, and job site instructions Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently Support job site operations and assist with equipment handling Maintain a clean and safe work environment Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion

Requirements:

Experience in concrete work , tile laying , framing , stucco , or hardscape is preferred Able to read and understand construction blueprints Proficient with hand and power tools Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team Willingness to learn and take direction Must be able to commute or relocate to Rexburg, ID before starting work
