Job Overview:

We're looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our exterior crew. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, being outdoors, and learning a trade.

Responsibilities:

Work on exterior projects including gutters, soffit & fascia, siding, windows, and roofing Assist with metal work such as metal wraps and custom wraps Perform pressure washing and gutter clean-outs Use tools and equipment safely (training provided if needed) Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and with attention to detail Help maintain clean and organized job sites

Requirements:

Strong work ethic and positive attitude Willingness to learn and follow instructions Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable with physical labor (lifting, climbing ladders, etc.) Reliable transportation to job sites Ability to work well with a team

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in construction or exterior work preferred, but we are willing to train the right individuals Basic knowledge of tools and equipment is a plus Why Work With Us?
