at Thomas Custom Fencing, Inc. in Salmon, Idaho, United States Job Description Thomas Custom Fencing, Inc. is seeking a fence laborer. The job is essential in the construction and maintenance of fencing structures. This job requires working outdoors. This job requires physical strength. You will need the ability to understand and follow instructions as well as communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. You must have a driver's license and a vehicle. The key responsibilities for this job are:
Material Handling:
Assist with loading and unloading materials, staging materials to the fence line.
Installation Tasks:
Assisting in installing various types of fences as directed by the foreman or crew leader.
Tool Operation:
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively to complete installation tasks.
Cleanup:
Maintain a clean and safe environment
Safety Compliance:
