Duties Learn to use a rotary laser to shoot and run grade for footings, assist with pouring foundation footings, installing drain fields for septic systems, and any other general work the required hand tools. Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself and others Support skilled workers with their tasks as directed Operate basic hand tools and power equipment under supervision to perform assigned duties Help with site cleanup to maintain a tidy and hazard-free work area Follow detailed instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately and efficiently Qualifications Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred but not required; training will be provided Prior experience in construction or manual labor roles is a plus but not mandatory Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs Embark on an exciting career journey where your effort builds communities!
