No painting experience required — we'll train you. What we can't teach is work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude. If you've got those, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

Prep and paint the exterior of residential homes across Evanston. This includes pressure washing, scraping, sanding, priming, caulking, and painting using professional-grade Sherwin-Williams products and equipment. You'll work in 2-person crews on a variety of homes throughout the summer. Schedule Four 10-hour days per week (Monday-Thursday). If weather delays push us below 40 hours by Thursday, we work Friday. This is a full-time commitment — we need people who can show up every day, on time, ready to work.

Pay:

$18.00 - $22.00 per hour
