Overview Join our Christian based construction team as a Construction Laborer/Remodeler and be at the forefront of transforming spaces! This energetic role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of construction projects, engaging in hands-on building, remodeling, and restoration tasks. You'll play a vital part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Whether you're experienced in building construction or eager to develop your skills, this position provides a rewarding environment where your contributions make a real impact. Responsibilities Assist with the installation of building materials, including framing, trim carpentry, drywall, stucco, plastering, and flooring. Operate hand tools and power tools safely to cut, shape, and install materials such as cabinetry, windows, doors, and glass. Support plumbing and electrical work by preparing sites and handling basic installations under supervision. Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of remodeling tasks. Perform site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards across construction projects. Handle heavy equipment operation when required for site preparation or material transport. Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering strictly to safety procedures at all times. Skills Proven experience in construction or remodeling environments with knowledge of building material installation and use of hand tools and power tools. Strong understanding of construction management principles including estimating, inspection, and safety protocols. Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction plans accurately. Experience with window installation, door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, caulking, stucco application, and hardscape work. Knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing basics, plastering techniques, restoration projects, and glass installation is highly desirable. Outdoor work experience preferred for projects involving exterior renovations or landscaping. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely when necessary for site tasks. Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward safety compliance and quality assurance. Pay:
$16.00 - $28.00 per hour
