Vidal Outdoor Concepts - Now Hiring (Gilberts, IL) Construction & Hardscape Crew | Lawn Maintenance Crew Vidal Outdoor Concepts is a growing outdoor construction and landscaping company based in Gilberts, IL. We are looking to add reliable, hardworking team members to both our construction/hardscape crew and lawn maintenance crew for the upcoming season. Positions Available Construction & Hardscape Crew Members Lawn Maintenance Crew Members Responsibilities Construction & Hardscape Crew:

Install patios, retaining walls, walkways, and outdoor living spaces Operate hand tools and equipment (compactors, saws, skid steers, etc.) Assist with site prep, grading, and material installation Follow project plans and ensure quality workmanship

Lawn Maintenance Crew:

Perform trimming, edging, and blowing Maintain clean and professional properties Assist with seasonal work (mulch, cleanups, etc.) Operate commercial lawn equipment Requirements Previous experience preferred (but willing to train the right person) Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Reliable transportation to job sites/shop Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor Team-oriented and dependable What We Offer Pay based on experience 40-hour work weeks (with overtime opportunities) Steady, consistent work Opportunity for advancement within the company Hands-on training and skill development
