• Full-time Green Attic is hiring full-time construction laborers and field technicians for home improvement projects throughout the Chicagoland area.

This is hands-on field work. You may help with roofing, insulation, solar support, remodeling, attic work, crawlspace work, demolition, cleanup, loading materials, and general construction tasks. We are looking for reliable workers who show up on time, follow directions, work safely, and can handle physical construction work. Some construction experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person if they are dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.

AM Work Location:

In person What You Will Do You may help with: Roofing labor, roof prep, shingle loading, and cleanup Insulation work, including attic insulation, spray foam support, and blown-in cellulose Attic work, crawlspace work, air sealing, baffles, and hatch work Solar installation support and general home improvement projects Drywall, remodeling, demolition, and job site cleanup Loading, unloading, carrying, and staging tools, ladders, hoses, machines, and materials Setting up job sites, protecting customer property, and keeping work areas clean Following crew lead instructions, job scopes, and safety rules Requirements You must be able to: Show up on time and work full-time Start early when scheduled, usually around 6:00 AM Lift and carry 60+ lbs throughout the workday Work in attics, crawlspaces, heat, dust, ladders, roofs, and tight spaces Follow instructions from the crew lead Work well with a crew Keep the job site clean and safe Respect customers, their homes, and their property Have reliable transportation to Schiller Park, IL 60176 Experience We Like Experience in any of the following is helpful: Construction labor Roofing Insulation Spray foam Blown-in cellulose Solar installation Drywall or remodeling Attic or crawlspace work Hand tools, power tools, ladders, compressors, nail guns, roofing tools, or insulation equipment Preferred But Not Required Valid driver's license Bilingual English and Spanish OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Crew lead experience Experience with spray foam rigs, insulation blowers, roofing tools, or construction equipment This Job Is a Good Fit If You You like physical work, want steady full-time work, can work early mornings, are reliable, can follow directions, want to learn more construction skills, take pride in clean work, and work well with a team.
