In this role, you'll help build high-quality modular trailers from the ground up. Whether you have construction experience or are simply comfortable using hand and power tools, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed. 🛠 What You'll Do Build and assemble modular trailers from start to finish Perform repetitive installation and assembly tasks with accuracy and efficiency Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Follow production schedules and quality standards Work independently once trained while supporting team goals Maintain a safe and organized work area ✅ What We're Looking For Experience in construction, production, manufacturing, assembly, or a related hands-on environment Ability to use basic hand and power tools Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors Ability to learn quickly and work independently after training Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10 certification or other safety training Previous construction, carpentry, mechanical assembly, or trailer-building experience 🌟 Why Join Us? Work is performed both:

Inside covered warehouse bays Outside in the yard when needed During rainy or colder weather, warehouse doors remain closed for protection. During warmer months, doors are open, creating an outdoor-style working environment. If you enjoy staying active and working with your hands rather than sitting at a desk, this is the job for you. ⏰ Schedule Monday

• 2:30 PM Overtime may be available based on production needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Elgin, IL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00
