Skilled Laborer - Underground Residential Utilities

Story Lake Enterprises, Inc. is looking for a skilled laborer to join our team. We are seeking someone who is dependable, hardworking, and ready to be part of a crew that takes pride in doing quality work.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with septic, sewer, drain, and excavation work Using hand tools and power tools safely Assisting with digging, pipe work, cleanup, and jobsite setup Working outdoors in varying conditions Supporting operators and lead crew members as needed Maintaining a professional attitude with customers and coworkers

Requirements:

Prior labor or construction-related experience preferred Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work daily Reliable transportation to and from work Must be dependable and show up ready to work Ability to follow directions and work well with a team Valid driver's license with clean driving record required Must be able to pass a drug screen What we are looking for most: We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, a good attitude, reliable attendance, and a willingness to learn. Experience matters, but showing up consistently, working hard, and being someone the team can count on matters just as much.
