Job Description

Crew Members Tasks include, but are not limited to, installation and repairs to retaining walls, paver patios and driveways, outdoor kitchens, firepits, and making sure equipment is safely and properly put away. Depending on experience with equipment, may be required to use necessary motorized equipment. Crew members are expected to take direction from the crew foreman and complete their assigned tasks. Foreman The Foreman is responsible for directing and managing a crew of 2-3 individuals, assigning tasks based on the property requirements, and performing a walk-through of the property to verify the completion of work. The Foreman is responsible for driving the crew, ensuring appropriate safety measures are taken and signing out and returning all equipment needed for the day. The Foreman completes paperwork throughout and at the end of the day. Will be required to use necessary motorized equipment.
Requirements :
At least 18 years old, positive attitude, hard worker, team player, ability to work with minimal supervision, professional appearance, excellent oral and written communication skills, and valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
