Overview We are seeking a dedicated bilingual General Laborer to join our 1st & 3rd shift dynamic team. This role involves performing a variety of manual tasks essential to the smooth operation of our projects and daily activities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, safety-conscious, and capable of handling physically demanding work in a fast-paced environment. Duties Roll out fiberglass to achieve a smooth finish free of air pockets. Apply reinforcement materials during the rolling process. Be exposed to odors of resin and other solvents Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas to ensure a safe and productive environment Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and injuries on site Operate basic machinery or equipment as trained and authorized Participate in team meetings to coordinate daily activities and project progress Adhere to all company policies, safety guidelines, and procedures consistently Skills Bilingual Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor for extended periods Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members Ability to follow instructions accurately and work independently when required Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed Basic understanding of workplace safety protocols and procedures Reliable attendance record with a strong work ethic We welcome motivated individuals eager to contribute their energy and enthusiasm toward achieving collective goals.
